Advisory Board

Stephen Buckley grew up in a string of family businesses and is passionate about guiding C-level Executives in communication, leadership and change management. He has taught and practiced leadership, communications, and journalism globally for the past three decades. He served as a Dean at Poynter Institute for Media Studies, and taught leaders at numerous writing conferences, including the Nieman Narrative Conference at Harvard University. He was also Associate Dean at Aga Khan University Graduate School of Media and Communications. He has won numerous awards and served as a juror for the Pulitzer Prizes several times. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Duke University.

Michael ‘Luni’ Libes is a 25+ year serial entrepreneur and co-founder of 7 companies, most recently founder of Fledge, the conscious company accelerator, and co-founder of investorflow.org, an online service connecting impact investors, along with an Entrepreneur in Residence Emeritus at the University of Washington’s CoMotion.

Luni is the author of The Next Step series of series of guidebooks and podcasts on entrepreneurship, and The Pinchot Impact Index, outlining a technique for measuring impact across a portfolio of companies.

As one of the few successful families in my country, it is not only my duty, but I believe my calling to create communities of successful multigenerational families across Africa. My family will not be successful over generations unless they are part of a healthy community.
